Ownership Structure and Staff Support:
The legal framework is similar to any condominium model with each family purchasing a "unit" with shared ownership of the common living areas and ownership of the bedroom unit of the individual.
Specialized Housing, Inc. (SHI) provides management and staffing services for the 20 E Street project.
Specialized Housing provides management services for the condominium under a contract with the Condominium Association Trustees. Bylaws provide ongoing governance for the E Street Condominiums with family members or guardians servings as Trustees and Officers of the Homeowners Association.
